This is used to match one pure resistance to another using L, Pi or T reactive
networks. Since the networks use only reactive components they are lossless.
You could for example match 75 Ohms to 50 Ohms. The match is perfect at only
one frequency. If you need wide-band matching, use a resistive (lossy) network.
